"Ms. Lowy is a poet and a communicator par excellence. Her technique displays impressive power and passion...but she is also capable of gentleness and tranquility...Phrases are shaped with much care...She is capable of producing a near kaleidoscopic array of colors and she successfully captures the minutest details of Mozart's scores, bringing them forth with an enviable and natural ease absent in some of her competition...The sound quality is excellent, expertly juxtaposing both intimacy and immediacy in a way that should make some of the larger record companies green with envy."FANFARE, MAY/JUNE 2005 PROGRAM NOTES
