Anthony Belfiglio releases his first MSR CD featuring great standards that cover the territory from Ellington to Parker with many stops in between!

Having earned a M.Mus. from Temple University in 1998, Mr. Belfiglio is presently on the faculties of Temple University, jazz studies, and at the Nelly Berman School of Music, piano. He has studied privately with  Alexander Fiorillo, Don Glanden, Tom Lawton and performed with such notables as trombonist Steve Turre, saxophonist Willie Williams, percussionist Pablo Batista, bassist Tyrone Brown,  and vocalist Jean Norris to name a few.

Most recently, he was one of only twenty-seven selected as a participant for the national program "Betty Carter's Jazz Ahead"  performances at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C.
